DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE WE CAN VISIT?

We provide all our services via email and telephone. You can contact us anytime between 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Good communication between the website developer and the client is vital in establishing a professional and effective website, therefore we encourage you to contact us if you have any queries regarding your website. If your business is local, we do prefer face to face contact. This gives us the opportunity to see what your business has to offer and showcase your products and services on your website.

 

HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEBSITE IS ONLINE?

Time will vary depending on how quickly you provide us with content, images and any thing else we need to build your site. Generally, we design a colour scheme based on your existing branding. As a starting point, we ask for a digital file of your logo and we will design a website using a colour scheme which compliments your logo. You will receive a design template for you to view online within 2 weeks. During this time, we encourage our clients to gather all information and pictures to include on their website. Once we receive your content and images, your website will be online within a week.

 

DO I OWN THE WEBSITE ONCE IT IS COMPLETED?

Yes, of course you do. You own all images and content. You pay us for the development of your website. We hold no copyright or ownership of your website. The files on your hosting account belong to you. You can change your hosting provider at anytime. Many companies charge a fee when you switch from their hosting service to another. We do not charge you any fees if you would like to change hosting providers.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD CONTENT OR IMAGES TO MY WEBSITE ONCE IT IS ONLINE?

Our packages include up to 4 changes per year. If you need to add or remove content, we will do it all for you. If you would like to add text and photos yourself, you can edit your files via your own Cpanel. Just let us know that you intend to use this facility and we will set it up for you.
